At EcoAquatics™, we understand that times are tough and we are all trying to stretch our dollars. Unfortunately when times are tough it's the extra things, like our hobbies, that are usually sacrificed. We promise to do everything in our power to save you, the consumer, money. We will pass on our discounted shipping rate, we will not nickel and dime you by charging for ice packs or heat packs or shipping boxes and supplies, there are no special "handling fees" and if there are numerous products ordered at the same time, we will do our best to package them as one. Please keep in mind that we are located on the west coast of Florida, just south of the Tampa Bay area, for those close enough you are more then welcome to pick up your orders directly from our facility. Please contact us to make arrangements for pick up as we do not have set hours. Please check our website often as we plan to offer more products as they become available to us.
EcoAquatics™ is a strong advocate for recycling. When possible we reuse styrofoam shipping containers, packaging material and whatever else we can. We do not reuse shipping bags due to health issues. Whether you buy from us or another company we hope that you follow our practices. Please remember, do not release any of your aquarium animals into the wild, this includes both non-native and native species, as it is not only illegal, but can harm the ecosystem. There are plenty of forums available and we're sure you can find a home for all your animals. Also try your local fish stores. Thank you.
